My condo at Greenbriar on Cedar Lake Road is opening up October 1 and I wanted to post here first.
Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms -- both full, not a half bath filling in for the second one. It's on the main level, so no stairs and no elevator. The patio is the part people react to: about 400 square feet running the length of the unit, with two separate doors opening onto it. Newer appliances in the kitchen.
Rent is $2,000 and I pay the association dues, so there's no HOA or amenity fee added on top. That means the building amenities come with it: heated indoor pool, a separate outdoor pool in summer, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, tennis courts, and a clubhouse with a party room.
