Assistant Manager (Full-Time – On-Site)
Location: On-Site Only (U.S. Work Authorization Required)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Occasional Saturdays as needed)
Pay: $38,000 to $42,000 per year (based on experience) + Commissions + Benefits
Note: No remote work. We do not offer cash payments.
We are hiring a dependable and motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations at an affordable apartment community.
What You'll Do

Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents

Handle leasing activities from inquiry to move-in

Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries quickly and professionally

Follow up with leads and schedule property tours

Conduct showings and explain unit availability and requirements

Assist with lease applications, renewals, and move-in paperwork

Maintain accurate records in property management software

Support rent collection communication and resident inquiries

Assist the Property Manager with daily office operations

Ensure all interactions are professional and compliant with company policies

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED required
-
1 to 5 years of customer service or office experience preferred

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Basic computer skills (email, CRM, leasing software)
