NOW HIRING – HOTEL MAINTENANCE / HANDYMAN

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Hotel Maintenance / Handyman to join our team. This position is responsible for helping maintain the hotel property, guest rooms, and common areas to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance
• Fix plumbing, electrical, lighting, drywall, doors, locks, furniture, and appliances
• Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Inspect rooms and public areas for maintenance issues
• Assist with painting, cleaning, and outdoor upkeep when needed
• Help maintain HVAC systems and equipment
• Follow hotel safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed
• Valid driver's license preferred
