Apartment Leasing & Front Desk Representative
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Leasing & Front Desk Representative to assist with apartment leasing and daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents, prospects, vendors, and visitors.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and resident questions.
- Schedule and conduct apartment tours/showings.
- Follow up with prospective residents and assist with rental applications.
- Explain rental rates, availability, lease terms, and community policies.
- Assist with lease signing, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Collect and organize required applicant and resident documents.
- Enter and update resident and leasing information in property management software.
- Receive maintenance requests and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Assist residents with portal, payment, and general account questions.
- Maintain keys, packages, notices, and front desk records.
- Help prepare notices, letters, and other resident communications.
- Support marketing and help keep online apartment listings updated.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional leasing office.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and recordkeeping.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and dependable.
- Good computer and data-entry skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a busy apartment office.
- Leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
Employment Requirements: Full-time, on-site position only (no remote work). Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits:
$19.50/hour (40 hours per week) + leasing commissions, with paid sick leave and PTO.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The company does not provide employment visa sponsorship for this position.
